General Accounting

General Accounting is responsible for maintaining the District's financial accounting and providing financial information required by various internal and external customers. We play an important role in ensuring the District provides annual accounting required by Federal and State Entities. We also prepare the Comprehensive and Annual Financial Report (CAFR).

General Accounting provides assistance in many ways to Departments and Schools, including but not limited to:

·      Visa Transactions

·      Petty Cash Transactions

·      Grants Management

·      Tuition Based Questions

·      Time and Effort Reporting

·      Journal Entry Transactions
